For the past three years, Lincoln has been the exclusive automotive sponsor of the ESSENCE Black Women in Music event. This year, Lincoln honored Grammy nominee, Kelly Rowland, and music industry executive, Sylvia Rhone, at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards.

Kelly Rowland and Sylvia Rhone to the Grammys. Rowland, a past Destiny's Child member, was nominated this year for her single called "Motivation." Rhone is currently the president of Universal Motown records and has worked with artists such as Stevie Wonder and Nelly.
