Actor Scott Hamm Races the Clock in 'Coffin 2'

Actor, Scott Hamm, stars as an FBI agent who races against the clock to find five hostages in the new thriller, “Coffin 2”, releasing across the U.S. in Redbox on Oct. 30, 2017.

The indie film and Hamm’s riveting performance first gained momentum at the ScareLA Convention, which culminated by earning 20,000 Redbox kiosks nationwide.

This is a sequel to the cult classic “Coffin” which starred Kevin Sorbo and Bruce Davidson, from writer/director Kipp Tribble. “Coffin 2” follows agent Bobby Church (Hamm) who is tasked with following up on a lead that the infamous Deathstalker killer has taken five hostages, including a cop. With help from some new friends and old enemies, he must find their location before time runs out.

Hamm is very excited to be joining the cast, commenting, “I am very proud to be a part of such an exciting psychological thriller, which keeps you thinking and on the edge of your seat.”

Hamm comes fresh off the upcoming films “Little Star” and the sci-fi film “Chronology” where he earned much praise playing a man searching for his missing sister opposite William Baldwin and Danny Trejo.

Born in Washington D.C. and raised in Fullerton, California, Hamm started out as an aspiring baseball player but after starring in many TV shows such as Walker, Texas Ranger, NYPD Blue, and Moesha he couldn’t shake his passion for acting, so he chose Hollywood full-time and hasn’t looked back.

Scott Hamm is represented by Coast to Coast Talent Group (LA-agent), Houghton Talent (ATL-agent) and KST Creative (Manager).
