EVO Entertainment Group® Announces Acquisition of Fritztown Entertainment

SAN MARCOS, Texas, January 17, 2019 (Newswire.com) - EVO Entertainment Group® announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Fritztown Entertainment. 

EVO acquired assets of Fritztown, primarily consisting of Fritztown Cinema and The Backyard, a 2,500-capacity outdoor amphitheater in Fredericksburg, Texas. The addition of Fritztown expands EVO’s central Texas footprint by four cinema screens and further broadens its entertainment offerings to include live music concerts.
