The study includes participants attending a one-and-a-half hour focus group alongside other testicular cancer patients and survivors. Jeff Ber is an experienced financial professional with a passion for volunteer work and charitable organizations in general. He is the Vice President of Operations at Oneball, an organization that is dedicated to providing meaningful support for individuals with testicular cancer and removing the stigma surrounding the discussion of men’s health. Oneball funds life-changing research, helps pay the various expenses not covered by public health care, and provides critical information in a relatable way, like talking to a friend. The organization has funded the establishment of a testicular cancer database, is making investments in studying the emotional and psychological impacts of cancer, and provides financial assistance to patients in need. This same mindset drives Jeff’s work with Oneball. As the Vice President of Operations, he helps run the organization and oversee all areas of charity. He has helped the charity raise funds that further strengthen the community of men who have been diagnosed with testicular cancer, as well as their partners and families who want to help them navigate their cancer journeys.
