Dallas, Texas , October 30, 2015 (Newswire.com) - ​Kratos Capital, LLC a Dallas-based private M&A investment bank that specializes in middle market transactions, announced today that it has facilitated an investment in its client, Clear Guard Products, (CLRGRD), Texas based strategic firm, Creative Menus & Folders, targets investments in founder-owned companies in the manufacturing, online/internet, and business services industries. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Olden, TX, CLRGRD, Clear Guard Products is a full service menu solutions company that manufactures menu covers and various items for the global restaurant as well as leisure industry.
