Merging Traffic Portal Launches FINRA Registered Regulation Crowdfunding Platform

Florida Company will be Among the First in State to Offer Investments in Tech Innovation to Accredited and Non-Accredited Investors

​Merging Traffic Portal LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Merging Traffic, Inc., has been approved by FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) as a licensed Regulation Crowdfunding Funding Portal. This means that anyone aged 18 or older will now be able to invest in private equity securities offered by approved companies hosted on the Merging Traffic Funding Portal. Individual investors are limited in the amounts they are allowed to invest in all Regulation Crowdfunding offerings over the course of a 12-month period and subject to background screenings.

Merging Traffic Portal recognized the gap of private equity investments critical to early-stage ventures. The Funding Portal provides access to of small investors the same opportunity as high net worth investors and institutions to participate directly in private equity investments.
