N2Growth, a Top Executive Search Firm, Places Bryon Colby as Chief Digital Marketing Officer at Purchasing Power

PHILADELPHIA, June 24, 2019 (Newswire.com) -  N2Growth, Inc., a global leader in human and organizational performance, recently placed Bryon Colby as the Chief Digital Marketing Officer of Purchasing Power, LLC. The search was led by Tony Morales, Managing Director at N2Growth.

Purchasing Power is a voluntary benefit company offering the leading employee purchase program through the convenience of payroll deductions. Colby will relocate from Cincinnati to be based in Atlanta and report directly to Purchasing Power Chief Executive Officer Richard Carrano. "Our client was looking for strong executive leadership who brought a demonstrated track record of operating at the intersection of brand, technology and commerce, and Bryon was the perfect fit," noted Morales. 

Prior to joining Purchasing Power, Mr. Colby served as senior vice president of digital commerce for Cornerstone Brands, a select group of leading home, apparel and aspirational lifestyle brands—Frontgate, Garnet Hill, Ballard Designs and Grandin Road—that are part of Qurate Retail Group. There he was responsible for driving the strategic vision and overseeing platform operations for each brand's digital channels. Mr. Colby led a team that identified opportunities to build consumer engagement and drive conversion by capitalizing on the latest innovations in digital and mobile commerce.

Previous to that, Mr. Colby served as vice president of e-commerce at Marc Ecko Enterprises in New York and as managing director at Fry Inc., where his client portfolio included well-known brands such as Ann Taylor, Godiva Chocolate, Canon USA, Kraft and Waterford, among others.
