Organizations In Orange County Join In With OC Wildlife & Beach Tour In The "Every Monday Matters Movement To Help Keep The Earth and Oceans Clean

Imagine if every Monday, each person picked up at least 2 pieces of trash or more... Learn how you can make a difference in the video.

Organizations in Orange County are inspired by joining the "Every Monday Matters Movement" to help keep the earth and oceans clean. Every Monday people are pitching in to pick up at least 2 pieces of trash or more and encouraging others to get involved to help make a difference.

Some of the organizations already involved are the Pacific Marine Mammal Center, Microsoft Store in Mission Viejo, the Anaheim/Orange County Visitor & Convention Bureau and more. "It's so easy," says Cheri Ikerd, President of OC Wildlife & Beach Tour. "Anyone can pick up 2 pieces of trash, while walking their dog, going out for a run or a stroll in their neighborhood." The idea is that we can keep our cities and beaches much cleaner if we get in the habit of picking up a few pieces of trash everyday, or whenever we come across it in our daily activities.
