Permission Data Announces Acquisition of Lead Generation Division of True North Loyalty

Prominent multi-channel performance-based solutions provider is excited to announce the acquisition of the lead generation division of a nationally recognized subscription products service provider.

Permission Data, a New York-based leader in digital customer acquisition solutions since 2002, announced its acquisition of the lead generation division of True North Loyalty (TNL), which was founded by industry veteran and former CEO of Prospectiv Direct Tim Lukens. True North Loyalty is a respected provider of subscription products and loyalty services for many of the nation’s top companies and brands.

As a result of the acquisition, Permission Data will assume ownership and responsibility for all publisher and client relationships linked to True North Loyalty’s lead generation business. With this opportunity, Permission Data recognizes the value that these additional relationships and assets will generate as the firm continues to service existing clients and engage new business.

Under Permission Data, True North clients will be afforded the potential to scale significantly with the combined entities of Permission Data’s well-established AdQuire Acquisition Marketing Platform and True North’s publisher partnerships.
