Manny recently completed a remarkable 30-year career in the United States Air Force as Chief Master Sergeant and Senior Enlisted Leader. Martinez was stationed in the U.S., Germany, Italy and Turkey, and deployed to military operations in Kuwait, United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan. Manny is passionate about community. He is president of Olympia’s Dawn Talkers Toastmasters, volunteers at the Thurston County Food Bank and sings in his church choir. Manny is married to his wife Barbara and has two children: Laura, a sophomore attending Washington State University, and Alessandro, who lives at home with mom, dad and family dog Lailah.
