Vela Announces Two Additional Industry Sales Veterans to Manage Increase in Compliance Monitoring/Logging Sales

Davis will lead Vela’s relationships with broadcast stations, MPVDs and content creation customers in the Western US as well as with several strategic station-group assignments beyond that region. Boucher will address international customer demand for Vela systems in Canada/EMEA.

It is a sort of homecoming for Troy Davis who spent six years at Vela from 1997-2003 where he exceeded quota and was the #1 sales producer in four of those years. For the last sixteen years, Davis has been a top sales producer at Utah Scientific.

Troy’s return to Vela couldn’t come at a better time as Vela Encompass had dramatic growth in 2018 and significant further acceleration in Q1 2019, expecting continued triple-digit growth in the rest of 2019.
