What is Regulation A+
Reg A+ of Title IV of the JOBS Act is a type of offering which allows private companies to raise up to $50 Million from the public. Like an IPO, Reg A+ allows companies to offer shares to the general public and not just accredited investors.
What is Tier 1
Under Tier 1, a company can raise up to $20 million in any 12-month period. In connection with any offering under Regulation A+, all investors must be provided with, or given information to access, an offering circular.
Statement by CEO, Alastair Caithness about qualification,
‘This is a very exciting period for Ziyen, to join a wave of new companies ready to hit the markets under Regulation A+. The barriers everyday citizens have experienced in participating in early stage private investment have now vanished.
In the past only wealthy institutions, venture capitalists and angel investors could provide early stage private investments in the latest start-ups, but this has all changed through the JOBS Act.
This historic moment marks the first time in over eighty years that anyone will have access to investing in early stage companies, and we invite all new investors to come on board and join us on our journey.’
