"Seattle's World Famous Costume Coffee" announced that A. Michael Adams will join the Board of Directors effective at the Shareholders Meeting scheduled late July. The appointment is in in response to NASDAQ Capital Markets requirement that Companies listed on the Exchange have a Board of Directors comprised by a majority of Independent members. The appointment of Mr. Adams completes the NASDAQ Capital Markets requirement that the company have an independent board of directors.
