The 11.2 acre property is located at the southeast corner of Pine Island Road and Stirling Road in Davie, FL and will be developed by Gatlin Development, based in Fort Lauderdale. The project is being called Pine Island Marketplace, an approximately 67,000 square foot shopping center anchored by an approx. 39,000 square foot Walmart Neighborhood Grocery store and additional retail space of approximately 27,000 square feet.​
