A student at James Madison University who played both field hockey and lacrosse, Annie has made a lasting impression on the team at SEG Promotions. She started her internship as a brand ambassador for the firm, where she learned to apply innovative promotional strategies while gaining an understanding of customer psychology, event procedures, and self-management. From there she was quickly promoted to team leader, and became responsible for training new hires, interviewing new team members, and managing her own events – all in just five weeks!

When asked how she was able to achieve so much so quickly, Annie credited her problem-solving skills, intensity, and ability to self-manage while helping others. On top of that, she also has an outgoing personality, great work ethic, and strong student mentality. “My ultimate career goal is to have a job that I love which allows me to support myself without any financial help.”
