Our Acquisition Division originates, structures, and executes financings for small-to-medium sized, privately held companies. We offer expertise in investment financing, leveraged financings and liability management. Furthermore, VisionQuest Capital structures and executes complex equity and debt offerings. We perform diligence and analyses to support each opportunity's current valuation and future potential. We do that work ourselves, from scratch, to mitigate challenges that can be expected and we look for every opportunity to maximize outcomes within reasonable timing. Our Business Advisory division was formed in 2010 with the objective of providing personalized, high-quality outsourced CFO and accounting services to small-to-medium sized clients under $100 million in gross annual sales.
