International Recording Artist Samuel Morales Signs With Nene Musik

PORT SAINT LUCIE, Fla., December 14, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Samuel Morales, a born-and-raised New Yorker of Puerto Rican descent, began his early career with his club anthem “Open Your Eyes” (Cutting Records) which featured background vocals by Safire. “Open Your Eyes” propelled Sam into a career of epic proportions worldwide, particularly in Brazil where “Open Your Eyes” inspired the genre Funk music and to this day is still one of the most played and requested songs.

Using the moniker Sam Savon, he released the hit single “My Heart Alone” (Cutting Records) which was produced by Albert Cabrera of the Latin Rascals. Follow-up hits include: “Catch & Kiss,” “You Are the One,” “Free,” “Don’t Set Me Free” and his duet with Judy Torres “Reach Out to Love.” Morales has been collaborating for the past two decades with Albert Cabrera, whose discography includes The Rolling Stones, Madonna, Aretha Franklin, Mariah Carey and George Michael, to name a few.

As a writer and vocalist, Morales has also written “Runaway” for Lil Suzy, “My Life with You” for Judy Torres and the Sam Savon & Judy Torres duet “Reach Out to Love.” As a background vocalist you can hear Sam’s incredible vocals on the hit singles: “Remember” by Fascination, “Every Night” and “I’m Losing Control” by Sebastian and Corina’s “Loving You Like Crazy.” 

Morales and Cabrera’s last collaboration would spawn his first UK National Top 40 dance/pop single “Just Me & You” under Sam’s moniker: New Vision. “Just Me & You” on Strictly Rhythm records here stateside was licensed to well over 25 labels worldwide including Universal/AMPM (UK), SONY (France), Polygram (Germany) and Blanco y Negro (Spain), to name just a few, and features remixes by the legendary Grant Nelson and Joey Negro.

A veteran of hundreds of live performances, Morales recently celebrated his 350th performance in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in front of thousands of loyal fans to a sold-out show at CCIP de Pilares.

This talented singer/songwriter is also lending his talents to the camera as he is hosting a sizzler titled “City Lights,” a reality-based television show on “anything and everything cool and hip in New York City” along with showcasing original music. The theme song for “City Lights” is performed and written by Morales and produced by Victor Sanchez.
