Larson Electronics Releases 60W Explosion Proof Fan Forced Stream Heater, 120V, 1/60 HP, Steel

KEMP, Texas, October 18, 2019 (Newswire.com) - ​Larson Electronics, a Texas-based company with over 40 years of experience spearheading the industrial lighting and equipment sectors, announced the release of an explosion proof forced stream heater is designed to heat industrial facilities and is compatible with 120V AC. This 60-watt heater is capable of throwing heat at a distance of 17 feet. Made of durable steel, this heater features 3/4" NPT hubs on the top and bottom for supply/return connections.

The EPH-SH-FH-18KW-120V.1P explosion proof horizontal fan forced stream heater is rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups C and D hazardous locations. This heater comes equipped with a 9" fan and features an entering airflow of 340 CFM. This 60-watt unit accepts 18,000 BTU/H of 2 lbs stream 60 degrees F entering air and provides an output of 12,600 BTUs of hot water (200 degrees F) in 60 degrees F entering air.

Larson Electronics' explosion proof forced stream heater throws heat up to 17 feet and offers several final air temperatures, including 93 degrees F (hot water) and 107 degrees F (steam) with a water flow rate of 1.3 GPM. This unit is made of steel and powder coated for durability. This heater features a fully enclosed motor with thermal protection and is equipped with a two-piece casing configuration for access to the coils.

This unit comes with two 3/4" NPT hubs (bottom and top located) and can be surface mounted with a maximum mounting height of 8 feet. Suitable applications include heating, manufacturing plants, chemical process, and more.
