Larson Electronics Releases Industrial Heavy-Duty Infrared LED Light Bar, 3.6W, 1,550nm, IP68

KEMP, Texas, October 19, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Larson Electronics, a Texas-based company with over 40 years of experience spearheading the industrial lighting and equipment sectors, announced the release of an industrial heavy-duty infrared LED light bar. This unit incorporates 30, 1,550nm infrared LED emitters and operates on 12V DC or 24V DC. Both floodlight and spotlight versions are available producing 20 degree and 35 degree beams respectively.

The LEDXLB-16X2-IR-1550NM-V1 industrial heavy-duty infrared LED light bar is offered in 12V DC or 24V DC and comes with a total of 30 infrared emitters that produce 60mW of irradiance output during use. This unit is made of stainless-steel hardware, including mounting brackets and a heavy-duty billet aluminum CNC machined housing. This light bar comes with stainless-steel mounting brackets that have an integrated rubber bushing to absorb shocks and can be mounted to flat or round surfaces.

Larson Electronics’ heavy-duty infrared LED light bar features wiring that uses a potted power connector to prevent moisture and is IP68 rated to withstand extreme conditions. The lens is made of durable polycarbonate with an O-ring lens gasket and a one-piece front lens cover. This unit can withstand rapid temperature changes of -40˚C to 85˚C and feature a 15.6Grms rating of vibration tolerance. Suitable applications include security, military, marine settings, and more.
