RE/MAX Alliance Group Launches Monthly Real Estate Report

Online, August 23, 2011 (Newswire.com) - RE/MAX Alliance Group has launched Real Estate Outlook, a monthly analysis of the local real estate market, based on data from My Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

The report gives a monthly snapshot of countywide real estate activity in Sarasota and Manatee counties, as well as a breakout of individual areas to demonstrate localized variances throughout the region, including Anna Maria Island, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Venice and Englewood.

"We hope this report will help educate readers about the condition of the housing market so that they can make informed decisions when buying or selling a home," said Peter Crowley, president of RE/MAX Alliance Group, who will write the monthly analysis.
