Online, June 3, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Interlink designed the CASK 1 to receive programming from a variety of sources so the user can control his costs while selecting from the widest range of viewing choices at the best quality video imaging available today.
The CASK 1 uses integrated circuits designed for Interlink in association with Intel Corporation that give the CASK 1 the ability to be used for up to ultra high definition video and 3D. Using today's video formats the CASK 1 lets the end user watch video in 1080p, watch multiple video channels at the same time, make a 2WayTV call while watching video programming, record both sides of a call, and have multi-party 2WayTV (video conference) calls.
The CASK 1 is designed to meet the video developments of tomorrow with a series of ports that may be adopted for new media and technology, all coordinated by on-board hardware and software. Other capabilities of the CASK 1 include Voice over IP, a variety of available tuners for economical reception of free programming, Internet browser to effectively bring the world of the Internet to the television screen.
