Bangalore, Friday, April 16, 2010: 24/7 Customer, a predictive-interaction and contact center solutions provider, organized a one-day summer camp for employees' children at their office. Close to 100 children in the age group of 2 to 13 years participated in various activities such as face painting, magic show, clay modeling and other fun games.

The day was full of learning, excitement and fun for the children. The summer camp was specifically designed so that children of 24/7 Customer employees get to experience the workplace environment of their parents, for a day. The children get a peek into the lives of their parents, thereby enhancing their emotional bonding. The children took part in mask making and musical chair contests. They were also entertained with a magic show and a movie. There were stalls from where kids could pick up stuffed toys, clothes and accessories.

24/7 Customer strives to help employees achieve a desired work-life balance. The kiddies carnival first introduced in 2009, is a part of a series of employee engagement initiatives that integrate employee's personal and professional life.

The kids are very excited to be part of the kiddies' carnival." He also added that having events like these help build a good work life balance.
