AgileThought Wins "Best Places To Work" Award

Online, April 26, 2012 (Newswire.com) - AgileThought continues to be acknowledged in the region's business community as one of the best places to work with its most recent achievement of the 2012 Best Places to Work first-place award, given by the Tampa Bay Business Journal (TBBJ) at its annual awards luncheon.

Employees of nominated companies were surveyed by Quantum Workplace who asked about team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits. The responses from each company were then compiled and evaluated.

This year fifty-five companies were named Best Places to Work in four categories according to size, and then ranked in order based on their scores. AgileThought ranked first in the "Bigger" category (51-100 employees).

AgileThought was honored as a finalist in the TBBJ Best Places to Work program when it was first nominated in 2008 and again in 2010. It was also recognized as one of Florida's Best Places to Work by Florida Trend magazine in 2010 and 2011.
