Darrell D. Morgan is General Manager at Wal-Mart where he oversees delivering a profitable P&L while providing an excellent customer experience. Prior to becoming, GM at Wal-Mart, Darrell served as Director at Target, where he was responsible for a District of 12 Stores with a revenue base of $500M, driving profitable sales and margin while maintaining payroll integrity and expenses per budget.
Prior to Target, Darrell was a Senior Vice-President at Bank of America where he served as Business Support Executive in the Treasury Services Organization. He managed the North America Servicing Operations with revenue base of $1.5B and $100M expense budget, and reviewed monthly operational expenses to insure alignment with finance partners and determine root cause of budget deviations, identify any risk or variance trends, manage the expense plan. He also held quarterly business reviews with the Regional Service Leaders to track operating results and team performance.
Darrell's leadership & operational excellence & retail operations experience span more than 20 years across diverse industries with well-known companies such as Avaya, Lucent Technologies and Bell Atlantic/Verizon
Darrell earned a Bachelors of Science in Engineering at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and an MBA in General Business from Howard University.
