Online, December 30, 2009 (Newswire.com) - Phoenix-Mesa, AZ December 31, 2009 - PHOENIX AZ December 31st - Christian Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning announced today the new offer of a free service agreement with any water heater installation (Gas, Electric, Tank-less, Solar or Heat Pump Water Heater.

This service agreement includes yearly drain down of the water heater, which removes any sediment and prolongs the life of the unit. It also includes a pressure test, which identies hidden leaks, a check of all drains, and all other plumbing fixtures. And each service agreement comes with a discount of 20% off all future service rates.
