SHREVEPORT, La., May 5, 2022 (Newswire.com) - Ruby Survine-Pierre, a proud family matriarch and minister of the gospel, has completed her new book, "The Righteousness of Christ":  a powerful autobiography.

In an excerpt from the novel, Survine-Pierre writes, "She was told by the patients that she had been in delirium, and they kept DBMs (needles in her veins to cut the fever down). When Ruby came to herself, she instructed the doctors to take the needles out of her veins and to get her some food like some catfish and she would be okay. The doctor was desperate, so he agreed to follow her instructions only for a couple of hours. She warned the doctors that she always feared needles. So when the doctors left, Ruby pulled the sheet over her head and prayed to God to heal her."
