Online, August 16, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Altus Dynamics announces today that Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Canada (BBBSC) has chosen to implement Microsoft's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application. The solution is designed to improve data sharing, streamline and automate business and relationship building processes for mentorship programs, empower users with familiar Microsoft tools, automate business processes, and align IT and business goals.

Altus Dynamics and Microsoft Dynamics CRM provide a flexible and fully integrated solution and allow BBBSC staff to improve the management of interactions, case management and mentorship programs, volunteer and client data.
