Bioscope.ai Names Logan Mallory CMO and Jessica Sexton VP of Customer Success and Operations
As AI expands what concierge and longevity medicine can offer, Bioscope builds the team to back the physicians delivering that care
CARMEL, Ind., August 31, 2026 (Newswire.com) - Bioscope.ai, a pioneer in clinical AI-powered medicine solutions, today announced that it has added Logan Mallory as the company's chief marketing officer and Jessica Sexton as the company's vice president of customer success and operations.
"We have built a world-class team of medical professionals, scientists, software developers and business leaders. Adding Jessica and Logan completes the buildout of our leadership team," said Donald E. Brown, MD, founder and CEO of Bioscope.ai. "As you look at their backgrounds, you quickly see that both of them have shown that they know how to succeed. We look forward to great contributions from them as we continue the amazing growth at Bioscope."
Logan Mallory, chief marketing officer
Mallory has spent his career building demand for technical products in emerging categories. Most recently he served as vice president at Plooto, where he owned the sales organization alongside marketing. Before that, he was vice president of marketing at Motivosity and earlier held marketing roles at LogMeIn and Workfront, now an Adobe company.
He runs marketing as a revenue function rather than a cost center, accountable to pipeline and customers. At Plooto that meant expanding the subscriber base while improving customer acquisition economics, two things that usually come at each other's expense.
"The physicians we work with are using panels, advanced diagnostics and genomic testing to diagnose and care for their patients," Mallory said. "The problem is the results arrive in pieces and rarely get interpreted together. Bioscope brings them into one picture and uses AI to help physicians as they work to improve their patients' healthspan. Supporting clinicians as they care for their patients is some of the most meaningful work I've been given the chance to do."
Jessica Sexton, vice president of customer success and operations
Sexton has spent more than a decade turning new offerings into durable businesses. Most recently at HackerOne, she owned the full lifecycle of the company's worldwide researcher community, from recruitment through retention. She created Live Hacking Events from nothing and scaled them into the industry's flagship format and a standalone enterprise product line.
Before that she managed penetration testing and security consulting delivery for enterprise clients at a boutique cybersecurity consultancy, drove company-wide programs across the international offices of a global energy company, and ran the business operations of a SaaS startup serving the government sector, seeing it through an acquisition. Along the way she built lasting partnerships spanning Fortune 500 enterprises and fast-growing, early-lifecycle customers alike, delivering best-in-class results across every stage of the customer journey.
She runs customer success on the premise that renewals are earned in the quiet months rather than the escalations. She will apply that same judgment to Bioscope's practices, which run differently enough that the playbook has to be shaped around them rather than handed to them. Operational rigor is what makes that repeatable as the company enters its next stage of growth.
"Physicians are running their practices and making sense of a growing volume of complex results at the same time, usually with very small teams behind them," Sexton said. "Our work isn't finished when a practice goes live. We are there to partner with the physician every time they open the platform to make a decision about a patient. Building a customer organization that's dependable at that frequency is the standard I'll hold our team to."
Bioscope's platform is already in clinical use with concierge medicine and longevity practices, where AI is expanding what a physician can see about a patient's trajectory and how early they can intervene. Mallory will lead the effort to bring that capability to more physicians and the patients they treat. Sexton will own the practice relationship and experience end to end, from onboarding through long-term growth.
