Butta B-Rocka Celebrates Debut Album, Switch Lanes

Online, March 9, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Atlanta, GA - Pop/rock singer, songwriter, vocal producer, and dancer, Butta B-Rocka, will celebrate the release of her debut album, Switch Lanes, on Wednesday, March 24. As an exclusive event hosted by Fort Knox, the album release party will be held at the Artist Factory, which is located at 1741 Commerce Drive NW, Atlanta, GA, 30318. Doors will open at 8:15 pm; the show will start at 9:15 pm.

The full length album, Switch Lanes, is comprised of eleven pop/rock tracks. The video for the single, "Switch Lanes," has already been selected to be featured on the new iPhone application, Showcase Tonight, and in the "New Videos" section on Yahoo's website.

According to Butta, "'Switch Lanes' is a roller coaster of experiences, full of twist and turns. It touches on the many faces of love - the good, the bad, and the ugly. It has something for everyone to relate to. It also switches genres. You'll hear a little pop, a little rock, some blues and some R&B making this a diverse album."

All the songs and lyrics were written by the singer/songwriter. The album features an appearance by Homer McEwen. The album was produced by Belgium hit maker, Alain "BC" Croisy; Mike Sal; and by the production teams at MF'N and Monsta Music Group.

While this is her first album, Butta B-Rocka is no stranger to recording. Her vocals can be found on the albums of Collective Soul (rock), Namie Amurds, Michico, Harold Holloway (gospel), Blaque (R&B), The 89 Boyz (rap), Lil Zane (rap), and Ricco Lumpkin (rap).
