Lady M’s Red Bean Mille Crepes cake was originally created as an exclusive cake for the Lady M Boston boutique (developing bean crepes for Beantown was a natural fit). Made with beautiful Hokkaido red beans, the cake proved to be tremendously popular and is now available nationwide for the 2020 Lunar New Year.
The Hokkaido red beans are carefully cooked to create the housemade azuki bean jam, generously brushed between the layers of cream and crepes. The cake offers a multitude of textures and complementary flavors that are sure to please. Lady M is also hosting a special Lunar New Year Pop-Up at Jusgo Sugarland (Texas) from Jan. 24-26, 2020! All four cakes are all available for: 1) whole cakes pre-purchase, and 2) individual slices for walk-in purchase.
The Lunar New Year Pop-Up takes place at Jusgo Sugarland (3412 Hwy 6, Sugarland, Texas 77478) and will be open Friday, January 24 (3-8 p.m.), Saturday, January 25 (12-5 p.m.), and Sunday, January 26 (12-5 p.m.).
