Centerplate Welcomes Back The New Generation Leadership - Unidad Of Miami Beach

Online, June 6, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Centerplate at Miami Beach Convention Center welcomed back The New Generation Leadership - Unidad of Miami Beach. Beginning June 10th and running through the rest of the month, the programs scope is to shape today's youth for tomorrow's workforce. The New Generation Leadership & Workforce Institute bridges this gap by teaching young people to master the critical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving skills and cultural sensitivities necessary to succeed in a workplace environment. Students are given opportunities to practice and develop their own leadership styles through hands on activities and workshops. There are three programs consisting of a year round; Level One - Introduction to Leadership; and Level Two - Advanced Leadership & Workforce.
