With so many newcomers within the entertainment industry, it sometimes gets hard to distinguish good management teams from the bad ones. Unlike many here today, gone tomorrow management companies, Faces Artist Management has been in business for over ten years and has represented some of the biggest names in Hip Hop and R&B including Curtis Blow, Notorious BIG, and Craig Mack. This management team has successfully negotiated major contracts for its clients in both the music and television realm.

CEO, Steve Riley, got his start in the music game by becoming an intern publicist and promoter for Bad Boy Recording Artist Craig Mack's project "Flavor In Ya Ear," the platinum single that helped to establish the Bad Boy Records empire. He then began to work on Notorious BIG's first project "Juicy," which went 4x platinum and started the legacy of one of the biggest rappers that has ever graced this industry.

After much hard work, dedication, and consistency, Steve went on to become the official publicist for Craig Mack and the Creative Director of Design for Billboard Magazine, the bible of the music industry. Some of his past projects include creating and publishing Faces Magazine, executively producing "Still Here" by legendary rapper Curtis Blow, managing super producer duo Cool & Dre's artist Joe Hound, negotiating a multi-million dollar deal for Darkroom Productions to score the HBO hit series "The Wire," and successfully launching Faces Inc Records.

Believing in what was instilled in him as a child, "if you stand for nothing, you will fall for anything. And if you put God first you will succeed despite what the world says," he's been able to develop himself into the respected business man that he is.

Steve has successfully grown his artist management company into a respected and recognizable brand that is trusted by major labels, publicists, and distributors alike. He not only manages artists, but he also is a consultant to record labels.

Currently he is managing three unique and powerful Hip Hop and R&B artists Se'von, Princess Johnson, and Big Goon.
