Chef's Tiffany Derry and Uno Immanivong Team Up for An Asian Inspired Dinner at Wine Poste

After meeting on set at a CRAVE Radio interview, Chef's Tiffany Derry and Uno Immanivong have wanted to collaborate on a project and have finally found the perfect opportunity.

Get a glimpse into the chef's minds as they put an eclectic spin on fall cravings

WHAT: After meeting on set at a CRAVE Radio interview, Chef's Tiffany Derry and Uno Immanivong have wanted to collaborate on a project and have finally found the perfect opportunity. October 17th the two will team together to create a five-course tasting menu. Champagne and wine pairings are included and all for $110 per person.

Chef's Derry and Immanivong tasting menu will include: Amuse Bouche, Crispy Beet Salad, Chino's pho-zole, Crispy Duck Confit with fried rice and Chinese BBQ pork and sausage, and Apple Fritter Churro bites with salted caramel. The dinner will take place at Wine Poste, located at 2001 Irving Blvd, Ste. 145, Dallas, TX 75207

ABOUT: Tiffany Derry
Currently, Tiffany Derry owns and creatively consults for Tiffany Derry Concepts (TDC), a company established to support Derry's business and culinary ventures, which include television shows and partnerships with some of the world's most recognized brands. Previously, she was executive chef at both Private |Social and Go Fish in Dallas, Texas. Derry competed on Top Chef Season 7 and Top Chef: All Stars Season 8. Derry is a graduate of the Art Institutes of America and serves as a national spokesperson for the Art Institute's Culinary Arts Program, and is a member of Les Dames d'Escoffier. She enjoys giving back to her community by participating in programs with the Dallas Independent School District and The North Texas Food Bank.

Uno Immanivong

Chef Uno was recently seen on "ABC's The Taste" competing on Anthony Bourdain's team. She started her cooking career when she founded Foodie Couture, a cooking entertainment and catering company and is currently expanding her food world to include a new restaurant in Trinity Groves called Chino. The kitchen is where Uno spent most of her childhood, learning and understanding Southeastern Asia ingredients while cooking side by side with her mother. She continued her culinary experience by attending cooking classes, shadowing the tops chefs in the country and simply playing with her food. Uno is also a chef instructor with Share our Strength Foundation, where she has received awards for the Gold Standard and Advocacy.
