Colorado Rockies Provide Creative Catering To Its Fantasy Baseball Camp

Online, January 17, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Tucson Caterer and Event Planner Creative Catering Corporation has been hired to provide Lunch and Dinner catering services to the 14th Annual Colorado Rockies Fantasy Baseball Camp.

The Fantasy Camp provides clinics and practices at the Rockies' former Spring Training facility that prepare attendees for five days of Major League excitement as the fantasy teams compete for the championship title. Attendees have the opportunity to work with Former Rockies' Greats as well exchange and compare coaching strategies with the Fantasy Camp coaching staff. Anyone 21 years or older is eligible to attend the camp.

For lunch the Fantasy Baseball Members will be getting a taste of the "Wild West" with a menu consisting of Potato Salad, a Grilled Marinated Chicken Breast, Country Pork Ribs, Ranch Beans, Corn on The Cob served with Fiesta Cornbread and Apple Crisp.
The dinner menu will whisk the members away to "Italy" with an amazing Antipasto selection, Lasagna, Garlic Bread and a selection of decadent cakes. One of the lighter dinners will be a bountiful salad bar served with a variety of French Bread Pizzas and a selection of gourmet brownies; one of many unique presentation stations the Tucson Caterer specializes in.
