Drawing on our years of experience of helping companies move premises, we have developed our Relocating Service. This service is designed to provide all you need for a quick and easy transition from one site to another. Whether your business uses geographic or non-geographic numbers you can take the numbers with you, even if you are moving from one end of the country to the other.
Our project managers deal with all aspects of moving your telecoms, talking to you about your needs, carrying out site visits if needed and advising you on the best products and services for your company. We can install internal cabling and wiring and telephony systems if needed. We will keep you up to date with how everything is progressing and we can liaise with other tradesman on site.
Deep Blue's Relocating Service doesn't stop once your move is complete, we provide training on any new systems you may have to ensure you get the best from your equipment straight away and we are on hand to give you ongoing support with any queries or questions you may have. Our first line check facilities and experienced team of engineers mean that, should you have a fault, we can get you back up and running as soon as possible and if there is going to be a delay we have a range of measures, such as call divert, to keep your business operating.
Deep Blue offer 30 day terms on all invoices and one bill for all your telecom services, with the option of email billing available.
New Business
At Deep Blue we know that starting a new business can be a busy and stressful time which is why we have developed our New Business Service, giving you one less thing to worry about. With our New Business Service you get much more than just cost effective lines and calls. Our experienced team is on hand to project manage all aspects of your installation.
We don't believe in one size fits all solutions which is why the first thing we will do is talk to you, find out about you, your business and your needs. If needed we can also conduct site visits and, from there we can advise you on the perfect solution.
