Denny Farrell To Host "A Walk Down Memory Lane" On LCB

Denny Farrell, host of The Original Big Band Showcase heard around the world and one of only three radio announcers ever to be inducted into the Big Band Hall of Fame, to host "A Walk Down Memory Lane" on LCB.

Denny Farrell, host of The Original Big Band Showcase heard around the world and one of only three radio announcers ever to be inducted into the Big Band Hall of Fame, will team up with LCB Station Manager Joe Serocki and Program Director/Chief Engineer Chris Zeman on Saturday, November 19, 2011 from 1-3PM live from Denny Farrell's studios as he hosts "A Walk Down Memory Lane." The program will feature big band and jazz music from the 1920s, 30s and 40s and some of the better big bands and jazz groups playing today. Requests will be welcome via the Internet and a toll-free number to be announced during the program.

LCB was established in 2010 to give independent musicians an outlet for their music. There are currently over 200 artists/groups in LCB's playlist with more being submitted every day from various sources, including the artists themselves. LCB also hosts several programs that feature popular entertainment & music of past and present.
