Disney, Nickelodeon and Teen Music Stars To Help Kids In Japan: Kids Helping Kids.

Disney and Nick Child Stars, Grammy Award-Winning Director Tom Trbovich, Billboard Award-Winning Producer Drew Lane and Co-Writer /Co-Producer Evelyn Vaccaro Team Up for the Worldwide Launch of the Song "If The Earth Could Speak" for ChildFund Japan.

The new music video and accompanying song "If The Earth Could Speak", in order to raise awareness and direct donors for ChildFund International (www.childfundinternational.com) in support of their sister organization ChildFund Japan, an international child development organization working to aid children devastated by the 9.0 magnitude earthquake and resulting tsunami which hit Japan on March 11th, 2011, was unveiled at a special red carpet event in Hollywood on April 2nd.

The charity song "If The Earth Could Speak" was directed by "We Are The World" Grammy winner Tom Trbvovich and Billboard winning Producer Drew Lane ("High School Musical"), Co-Written and Co-Produced by actress and producer Evelyn Vaccaro (www.evelynvaccaro.com) with performances by Hollywood's top teen and child music artists including stars from various Disney and Nickelodeon shows and movies.

Evelyn, has been mentoring and working with marginalized youth since she was about 14 years old. When the earthquake in Japan struck, like everyone else, she felt absolutely helpless and devastated like anyone about the loss, the grief and the suffering so turned her idea into a remarkable project.

'It has always been important to me to show support to children and those in need which is why I presented the idea of creating a music video and song, that I had in mind since the last disaster in Haiti, that would give the children the opportunity to show support to other children in need- especially to those currently suffering in Japan." explained Evelyn Vaccaro. "The idea was to create a song and music video performed by a star-studded cast of children for children. With their voices, singing the words to 'If the Earth Could Speak' together in one recording studio, the hope was that the children can see they have the power to make a difference, the power to speak up and make a change. With the recent disasters, it felt right to Drew and I to write a song that would allow the children to speak on behalf of the earth which we need to protect for their future."

Teen stars involved in the making of this record include Daniel Curtis Lee (Kojo on Disney's 'Zeke and Luther') who both performed and co-wrote on the track, Sam Stone (Skippy on Nickelodeon's 'Big Time Rush') and Zach Callison (Douglas on Disney's Hanna Montana) were thrilled and honored to be involved.

"When I think of what happened to Japan and the destruction there it breaks my heart. I hope recording the song/video 'If The Earth Could Speak' in some small way can make a difference and send hope to the victims." expressed Zach Callison. "I feel blessed to have been included and to have a voice for kids helping other kids."

"I'm so grateful to have the ability to speak out and lend a helping hand for Japan. Music is the universal language, and with that I was able to spread love and hope across the world." said Sam Stone.

This remarkable amalgamation of talent on the record "If The Earth Could Speak" is set to be imminently released by this dynamic team in order to start helping suffering children in Japan through ChildFund International, a charity dedicated to serving vulnerable children throughout the world, and is focusing current fundraising efforts on helping children devastated by the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. "If The Earth Could Speak" is just one way ChildFund is raising awareness and direct donors to help its global Alliance partner, ChildFund Japan, to speed response.
