Drew O'Neill Joins Wilson Allen as Account Executive

Accomplished legal technology professional to focus on sales and business development of Wilson Proforma Tracker software

Wilson Allen today announced that Drew O’Neill has joined the company as an account executive to keep pace with growing interest in the company’s Wilson Proforma Tracker software, which simplifies the preparation and validation of proformas.

O’Neill brings more than 20 years of experience to his new position, 12 of which focused on legal technology sales, where he worked with several current Wilson Allen staff members. Previously, he worked as managing director at Intapp, where he introduced mid-market law firms to the company’s integrated platform for managing the life cycle of client matters. He also served as an account manager with LexisNexis and Redwood Analytics, focusing on selling business intelligence software and services to law firms in North America, Australia, and New Zealand. At Wilson Allen, O’Neill is responsible for engaging professional services firms within North America that are interested in exploring the need to digitize and automate billing processes.

“I am very excited that we have been able to attract such great talent and that Drew feels Wilson Allen is the right next step in his career. He is a seasoned pro that brings a deep understanding of the legal industry and its processes to Wilson Allen and our clients,” says Stu Gooderham, Global Commercial Director, Wilson Allen. “His breadth of experience and his ability and strength in solution selling fits in very well with our market-leading Proforma Tracker solution, and his relationships with existing staff and our clients is a big plus too. We know he’ll serve our clients very well as they make technology decisions to help the firm run more efficiently and, therefore, profitably.”

“Paper-based proforma management is not a sustainable way to work, as more and more finance teams are realizing. By implementing a solution like Wilson Proforma Tracker, firms can introduce process efficiencies to accelerate the billing life cycle and improve realization,” O’Neill adds. “I’m looking forward to helping to spread that message so more firms can realize the benefits of an integrated solution that saves time and increases the accuracy of bill production and invoice delivery.”

O’Neill is originally from Philadelphia but currently resides in Chicago. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from La Salle University.
