Earn Nexans worldwide acknowledged certificates in Macedonia

From 03.11 2009 to 06.11 2009 specialized training classes in design and installment of computer and phone networks will be held in accordance with the structured cabling system standard ISO/IEC 11801. This type of training has been undertaken by more than 200 participants from more than 50 companies and institutions in Macedonia and the region. The participants had the opportunity to earn the certificates Nexans Certified System Installer and Nexans Certified System Designer. This specialized training for the designers and installers of computer and phone network covers theoretical and practical lectures and exercises within a time span of four days. This will allow the participants to familiarize themselves with all the major segments of today's local networks that are designed with copper and optical cables.
From 10.11 2009 to 12.11 2009 specialized training classes in design and installation of optical fiber networks will be held. This specialized training in design and installation of optical fiber networks covers two segments within a time span of three days. The first segment consists of day-long theoretical introduction to the transmition by optical fibers, all the possible issues that may occur with this way of transfer, as well as the Nexans' components which are intended to create optical networks. The second segment consists of practical exercises that include hot-melt and anaerobic bonding, fusion splicing, testing and taking measurements with a microscope, OLTS and CTS instruments, as well as OTDR reflectometers. Every participant that successfully passes the final exam will earn international certificate Optical Fiber Expert Course.
Specialized training courses are conducted in small groups of seven participants in accordance with the international standard for structural cabling ISO/IEC 11802. After the completion of the course, the participants will gain a great deal of general knowledge concerning structural cabling as well as internationally recognized certificates from Nexans.
For example, in August this year the company issued certificates to 14 installers and designers of renowned companies, government institutions and unemployed people and students.
The training classes can be conducted in Macedonia language, English or Serbian.
Students and unemployed people will have 50% discount.
