EBridge Named One Of Tampa Bay's Fastest Growing Companies

Online, July 24, 2012 (Newswire.com) - For the fourth year in a row, the Tampa Bay Business Journal (TBBJ) has selected the hosted document management solutions provider eBridge as one of the 50 fastest growing, privately held companies in Tampa Bay.

Company rankings were announced at an awards luncheon at the A La Carte Pavilion July 19, 2012. eBridge ranked No. 39 on the list of companies, with 51 percent growth between 2009 and 2011.

In order for companies to be eligible for the TBBJ's 2012 Fast 50 award, they must:

• Be privately held and locally owned.
• Be headquartered in Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk or Sarasota counties.
• Have been in operation since 2008 or earlier.
• Have had annual revenue of at least $1 million in 2011. There was no minimum revenue requirement for years 2009 and 2010, as long as the company's revenue grew each year.
• Have had consecutive annual revenue growth from 2009 to 2011.

Once reaching finalist status, nominated companies were required to submit to Clearwater public accounting firm CBIZ Kirkland, Russ, Murphy & Tapp one of the following: an audited, reviewed, or compiled financial statement prepared by an outside auditor or accountant; the first page of the company's corporate tax returns for 2009, 2010, and 2011; or a letter from an outside auditor or accountant verifying the revenue figures reported on the form.
