Engineering Firm Go 'QUACK-ers' at Cheshire Castle
Online, November 4, 2013 (Newswire.com) - The entire flock of 25 (consisting of directors, sales staff and engineers) spent an action-packed day at the Cheshire hotel, taking part in a wealth of activities ranging from Duck Herding to a Treasure Hunt and Sports Day.
As this was a first for Dustcheck, the directors worried they may have ruffled some feathers but the day went well and, from the directors' viewpoints, confirmed that Dustcheck has a great team of employees that can work together even when out of the working environment.
Long standing sheet metal worker Harry Moreton (who got a bulls-eye in the archery competition) said, "I found the thought of taking part in a team building day a bit daunting initially but it actually turned out to be a good experience. It gave me the opportunity to talk to colleagues in an informal but competitive environment, which I don't normally get the opportunity to do."
