Excelsior Industries Is Poised To Eliminate Dependence On Foreign Oil By The End Of This Decade

Excelsior Industries is a development think tank dedicated to solving the world's economic and social problems. They are currently focused on eliminating U.S. dependence on foreign oil by the end of this decade.

Erie, PA (Excelsior Industries) June 21, 2012 - Announcing the launch of Excelsior Industries, an Erie, PA based company (http://www.excelsiorindustries.com). Excelsior intends to market products capable of eliminating U.S. dependence on foreign oil by the end of this decade. The technologies developed are capable of drawing energy directly from the earth's magnetic field and converting it to electricity to create limitless clean, renewable energy. The company is in the startup phase and still raising capital, but is expected to have the first products available within a few months of funding.

Products under development now include a personal generator that is capable of powering a home or other building. It requires no fuel, and no connection to the power grid, and is expected to be about the size of an air conditioning unit. There is also a project in the research stage that will apply the same technology to automobiles that are expected get 400 MPG or more. Excelsior Industries hopes to partner with existing manufacturers to bring the automotive technologies to market, allowing well known manufacturers to continue to build the same popular models utilizing Excelsior technology.

Excelsior is a family enterprise, and the brainstorm of CEO and founder, Duane Abernathy. When asked where the energy comes from he said it comes from the earth itself. "There are over 100 lightning strikes every second around the world, in addition to the electromagnetic energy from the Aurora Borealis, volcanic activity, static electricity, and other sources. Every second the earth generates enough energy to power every city in the world for an entire year. Excelsior Industries has found a way to tap into that energy and bring it to consumers in a cost effective manner". Ryan Abernathy, the company's Investment and Compliance Officer said "This could be the greatest development since the light bulb". This technology will eliminate the need for fuel fired power plants and other expensive forms of mass energy generation bringing electrical power directly to the consumer. Unlike solar or wind energy, this technology doesn't rely on specific weather conditions.

Estimates vary, but at present the U.S. spends between $350-600 Billion dollars per year importing foreign oil. This technology is expected to make the U.S. energy independent for the first time in 60 years. Once the technologies become commonly used, OPEC can raise prices all they wish and it still won't affect US gas prices. The benefits to the nation and the everyday consumer are numerous. This could have the greatest impact on the national economy since the silicone chip. It has the potential to create entirely new industries with thousands of new jobs, lower fuel expenses for shipping businesses thereby reducing prices on consumer goods, airline prices, and more. It could also alleviate worries over the dwindling supplies of natural resources.

There are several ambitious projects listed on the research and development page of the Excelsior Industries website (http://www.excelsiorindustries.com/ResearchandDevelopment.html). Contact information is also available on the website for anyone who wants to learn more.
