Online, August 11, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Mattison's Riverside and Executive Chef Greg Campbell announce an Introduction to Sushi Class on Thursday, August 19, 2010 beginning at 6pm. Enjoy a unique hands on Sushi Class which teaches the basics of sushi preparation, including styles, rice cooking, sauces, seafood, ingredients and equipment needs.
