Mattison's Riverside and Executive Chef Greg Campbell announce an Introduction to Sushi Class on Thursday, August 19, 2010 beginning at 6pm. Enjoy a unique hands on Sushi Class which teaches the basics of sushi preparation, including styles, rice cooking, sauces, seafood, ingredients and equipment needs.
Guests will receive a complimentary rolling mat and instructional syllabus for the class. Approximate length of class is two and a half hours which includes a Four-Course Meal, Asian Ginger Salad, Edamame, Tempura Sampler, River Roll and Baja California Roll
