EYeka Appoints Agency Veteran Joel Cere As Head Of Innovation & Strategy For Asia Pacific

An agency veteran with a refreshingly atypical career, Joël Cere combines 14 years of international experience in advertising, PR, media and digital with entrepreneurial flair to provide innovative solutions to complex business and brand communication problems. He set-up and ran one of Singapore's first digital communication agencies in 1997, led the strategic planning offer for advertising agency Grey Interactive in London, was the regional Vice President for public relations Hill & Knowlton's social media practice in Europe, Middle East and Africa, co-founded a pioneering social recommendation engine in California, led change management and innovation programs for Aegis Media and recently consulted on brand strategy for Bates 141. He is a MBA graduate of the London Business School and has been advising a number of start-ups in technology and eco-ventures in the UK, Philippines, Singapore and California.
