The world's renowned communicaton companies have raised a tide of chaning the high-level administrators because of the low efficiency in the past year, FiberStore made a report about the major changes in the recent company convention.

JDSU Appoints Rex Jackson Chief Financial Officer

JDSU is undoubtedly the first to change the high-level. Jan. 10, 2013, JDSU announced to appoint Rex Jackson to executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). Jackson joined JDSU two years ago, as senior vice president of business servicers, responsible for several corporate functions including information technology, since September 2012, he has been served as acting CFO.

Prior to JDSU, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Symyx Technologies, where he led the company's acquisition of MDL Information Systems and subsequent merger with Accelrys. Jackson also served as acting CFO at Synopsys and held executive positions with Avago, AdForce and Read-Rite.

Enablence appointed Louis De Jong CEO

Fay, senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer of NeoPhotonics, resigned from the phonic integrated circuit maker after six years to pursue another career opportunity. Meanwhile, NeoPhotonics appointment Cal Hoagland as a new CFO. NeoPhotonics revenue for the third quarter of 2013 was $76.8 million, up $1.8 million, or 2.4%, from the prior quarter and up $10.7 million, or 16.1%, from the third quarter 2012.

Equipment manufacturer except for NSN, Juniper also added a fortune in the "changing tide". Nov. 14, 2013, Juniper named Shaygan Kheradpir as CEO, effective January 1, 2014. Kheradpir succeeds Kevin Johnson, who in July announced his plan to retire as CEO. Johnson will remain as a member of the board.

Kheradpir joins Juniper Networks from Barclays PLC, where he served as the chief operations and technology officer, and as a member of its executive committee. Prior to joining Barclays, he was executive vice president and chief information and technology officer at Verizon Communications.

Nov. 18, the leading provider of compound semiconductor-based components and subsystems for the fiber optics and solar power markets, announced the appointment of Dr. Liew-Chuang (LC) Chiu as the new General Manger for its Fiber Optics Business, reporting to its president and CEO. Hong Q. Hou.
