Free Media Day At American Sailing Tours

Online, June 28, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The Philadelphia media is invited to attend a free Media Day on the Delaware River on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 from 10am until 12 noon. This event is open to the press only and includes a free sail aboard the schooner Summer Wind, Philadelphia's only sailing tour, from 10:30 until 12:00. The Summer Wind is the only Chinese Junk-rigged schooner available for public sail in North America and she operates right here in Philadelphia from April through October. The 48' Summer Wind sails up to five times each day from Pier 24 at 401 N.
