Feeling a bit down these days? Looking for ways to be happier, healthier and more successful? You might want to check out a new weekly program, free and open to the public. Happy Science, a spiritual movement new to the United States but with 12 million followers in 70 countries, is holding its first guided meditation program on Wednesday, March 9, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The event will feature a lively discussion, an animated feature that focuses on stress-free living, and a guided meditation by Yuki Oikawa, Chief Ambassador for Happy Science USA.

Happy Science, founded in Japan in 1986 by Master Ryuho Okawa, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose aim is to help the world's population achieve greater happiness by deepening and widening our love to embrace everyone unconditionally. The spiritual movement is also designed to help individuals to reach a higher level of enlightenment. By each of us building more satisfying and prosperous lives, personally and professionally, we spread our happiness to those around us and to society, with the goal of creating an ideal world on earth.

The event, complete with refreshments, will be held in the comfortable fifth floor offices of Goldman & McCormick, 34 W. 38TH Street, a loft-like space perfect for meditations and making new business and social connections. Walk-ins welcome.
