Free Workshop To Discuss Parents Helping Children Learn Flint MI Dr Recco Richardson

Online, August 13, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Parents Helping Children will be covered during Free Workshops to be held Tuesday, August 31, 2010 from 6-8pm and will be repeated on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 from 9-11 am at Richardson's Consulting Inc. Family Counseling Center, 6309 N. Saginaw St. Flint, MI 48505.

This free workshop led by Recco Richardson, Shannon Weist and Linda Hopkins will help participants understand special education services, different learning styles and study skills and strategies. In addition, participants will understand the effect emotions have on academic performance.

This workshop will discuss strategies for supporting the academic and emotional needs of students.
