FRP Advisory Facilitates Sale of Rogar Products Limited

Online, July 22, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Rogar Products Limited sold, safeguarding 9 jobs

Rogar Products Limited, manufacturer and supplier of corrugated packaging cases and Point of Sale displays, was successfully sold to ACH Corrugated Cases Limited on 9 July 2010.

Rogar Products Limited entered into administration on 8 July 2010. Peter Wastell and Jason Baker, Partners at FRP Advisory LLP, the restructuring, recovery and insolvency specialists, were appointed as Joint Administrators.

The pre-packaged sale of the £900,000 turnover business, plus assets, has secured 9 jobs in Welwyn Garden City, Herts.

Commenting on the sale, Peter Wastell said: "Rogar Products Limited has suffered from the recession and has experienced supply chain problems since the beginning of the year, when a key supplier was placed into administration. However, the sale of the business and assets to a competitor, ACH Corrugated Cases Limited, should provide the business with a more positive future and wish the new owners and the employees well."
