Gedeon Richter Serbia Signs Contract With Data3s For Eluzzion CRM

Online, April 7, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Data3s today announced that the Serbian Representative Office of Gedeon Richter Plc, a leading manufacturer and distributor of generic pharmaceuticals across Europe and East Asia, has selected eluzzion CRM from Data3s to support its local field force.

Data3s is one of the fastest growing providers of CRM and Business Intelligence solutions to the life science industry whose key product, eluzzion CRM, has been adopted by many of Europe's leading pharmaceutical companies.

According to a statement released by the Serbian office, the decision in favor of Data3s was based on the "excellent recommendation from our colleagues in Czech Republic regarding the user friendly characteristics of the system and the high level of user satisfaction."

The statement was prepared by Zvezdana Ivanov, Field Force Line Manager at Gedeon Richter Serbia. The full text of Ms. Ivanov's statement follows:

"In the year 2010 after a long search for an adequate CRM system, our company has decided to chose the Data3s eluzzion CRM.

"As we are now in the phase of implementation we are not in the position to say much about the practical use of the system, but we can say about some reasons why we decided to select this one.

"The first reason was an excellent recommendation from our colleagues in Czech Republic regarding the user friendly characteristics of the system and the high level of user satisfaction.

"That it is user friendly we had the opportunity to see while using an online test version and the system seems to us very simple to navigate through the pages, modules and reports.

"Basic modules have in our opinion a reasonable number and quality of data and reports, and it is good that we can add during time some additional modules according to our needs.

"The home page we can adapt which is also important because we know what will be the best and the most practical look for our colleagues in every day usage.

"In this phase we can also say that the communication system is functioning very well between us and the person [Data3s Key Account Manager Jaroslav Hruška] who is in charge of the system implementation in Serbia. It is a very simple on line communication and thanks to it we do not need a long and often teleconferences to discuss the updates and further steps.

"We expect that the implementation will go smoothly and that soon we will have a simple and useful tool for our Field Force's daily work."
